Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements may be requested within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaking
- You received the wrong product
- The product is incomplete
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
