  • Chamomile soothes inflammation and sensitised skin
  • Magnesium absorption helps reduce muscle cramping
  • Leaves skin feeling soft and lightly fragranced

Epsom salt is the common name for magnesium sulphate, a naturally occurring mineral
compound. It's called “salt” because of its crystal structure, but it's
chemically different from table salt and isn't meant to be eaten - it's
dissolved in water for bathing or soaking.

Epsom salt is a source of magnesium (magnesium sulphate specifically). Soaking in an epsom salt bath is one way people try to support their magnesium levels through the skin, alongside dietary sources and supplements.

A standard amount is 1–2 cups dissolved in warm bathwater, soaking for 15–20 minutes. For a foot soak, use roughly half that amount in a basin of warm water.

Occasional use (2–3 times a week) is typical for most people. If you have sensitive or broken skin, or a medical condition, check with a doctor before daily use.

Many people use epsom salt foot soaks during pregnancy to ease swelling, but you should check with your doctor before use, especially for full-body baths.

Both are the same 100% pure magnesium sulphate base. The Lavender & Chamomile variant adds natural essential oils for a calming scent, best suited to an evening routine; the Unscented version is
fragrance-free for anyone who prefers no scent or wants to add their own oils.
